Tenant Pack · SpainTenant pack for renting in Spain
A Tenant Pack is a concise, visual introduction to you and your household for a rental application in Spain. It gives a landlord or agent an easy-to-scan story alongside the normal evidence they request. It can improve clarity and memorability, but it cannot guarantee that an application will be accepted.

If you applied for a stay, residence, or work authorisation through an Oficina de Extranjería, check its status in Infoext2 using Cl@ve or the form. The screen is informational: the official notification contains any decision, requerimiento, and deadline. Nationality, appointments, and TIE collection use different services.

For a TIE appointment or fingerprinting, use Tasa 790 Código 012: the 052 portal warns that 052 is not accepted for that step. The 012 amount depends on the card. If you are still applying to Extranjería for the authorisation, 052 may apply—and 062 for some work permits.
