Guiri is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the Service.
8. AI Quality Monitoring
By using Ask Guiri, you acknowledge that questions and responses may be processed for automated quality evaluation.

9. Legal and Regulatory Information

10. Auto-renewing subscriptions (Apple In-App Purchase)
Guiri offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase where supported.
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions) or in the App Store under your account.
- Pricing and term: The subscription price, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer are shown in the app and in the App Store at the time of purchase.
- Refunds: Refund requests for charges made through Apple follow Apple's refund policies; we do not process Apple payment refunds directly.
- Price changes: If the price of your subscription changes, Apple may notify you and obtain your consent where required.
- Apple's standard EULA: Paid applications and in-app purchases are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different EULA is presented to you in App Store Connect for our app.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service without prior notice for violations of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and disputes are subject to Spanish courts.
