Before you create a Tenant Pack

Does a Tenant Pack guarantee I will get the home?

No. A landlord or agent still makes the decision and may request separate evidence. The pack is designed to make your household easier to understand, not to promise acceptance.

Do I need to share private financial or identity documents?

Not inside the Tenant Pack. It can state that supporting documents are available, but passport numbers, NIE numbers, bank details, payslips and identity files should not appear in the presentation.

Will it include my rental budget or rental period?

No. The guided Tenant Pack asks for your desired city but deliberately leaves out rental budget and rental period.

Does AI design the PDF?

No. Ask Guiri helps draft the English and Spanish text. The app uses a controlled visual template so spacing, page breaks, hierarchy and export quality stay consistent.

Can I change the text before sharing?

Yes. Both language versions are editable, and you approve the final wording before the PDFs are created.
