Spain regularization 2026: after you submitted

This former checklist now covers what to keep after a timely submission. It does not assess eligibility or accept new applications.

Current status

The application period is closed.

The Ministry of Inclusion says the filing period concluded on 30 June 2026 and that applications received before then are being processed.

This is a status page. It cannot reopen the process or decide whether someone was eligible to apply.

If you submitted

If you submitted by 30 June

Keep the record of submission, reference number, and every official notification together. Follow the channel and deadline shown in an official notice rather than relying on a generic checklist.

Keep the justificante or submission receipt with its date and reference number.
Save each official notification or request exactly as received.
Use the official notice to identify the next action and deadline for your own file.
